Doesn’t that headline sound great?!

Unfortunately it doesn’t specify if I made millions of dollars or millions of diapers. Being a baby it could actually refer to my millions of dirty diapers…or loads of dirty laundry…or empty bottles…or… well, I think you get the point.

I have been watching from mom and dads lap very closely to this whole blogging thing and it’s really darn cool! There are people that blog for fun and entertainment or to just get a rant off their chest. There are also thousands of people that use their blogging skills to make a full time at home income. Regardless of the reason, anyone of any age can start a blog – even me!

Now I needed a little help getting started of course. My mom had to find me a domain name that she had sitting around in her GoDaddy account and add my new domain to her hosting account so people could see it. At first it all sounded confusing but it was really simple once it was explained. I even learned that you dont even need a domain or hosting account to get started. There are places out there that will host your blog absolutely free. Imagine that – it didnt need to cost me any diapers (err dollars) to get started!

Wait… Up above did I say people earn a full time income just from blogging? It’s amazing but it’s true. There are thousands of people sitting in their pajamas right now updating their blogs and cashing those affiliate checkie things. What is even more amazing is many of these bloggers are kids!

Don’t believe me? Visit YoungestBlogger.com and check out the Top 100 bloggers list. Most of these kids are only 13-16 years old. Some of them even earn more diapers than their parents each month.

Brie’s Diaper Challenge:

I am going to prove that anyone of any age can earn diapers (err money) blogging online. Here is what I will do:

  • Update the Bries’ Diaper Challenge category daily with anything I do to market my blog
  • Report any diaper income I earn
  • Report any diapers I dirty (err spend) along the way

Brie’s Diaper Goal:

  • A new crib for my bedroom – 300 Diapers (oops I mean $300)

For those of you reading who know this is challenge is more than possible, help me spread the word! Let’s put this challenge at the top of everyone’s watch list, feedburner feed, Digg favorites and heck, why not the top of Google!
